Ads Rent Attention. Local Content Builds an Asset.
ROAS
Return on Ad Spend measures revenue associated with advertising expenditure. When spending stops, exposure typically stops with it.
ROCS — Return on Content Spend
PollyMap creates repeatable local content that can continue supporting the clinic across its website, social channels, email and PollyMap presence — and may keep providing value after it is published.
ROCS = ((Attributed gross profit − content investment) ÷ content investment) × 100
Gross profit is revenue minus expenses — not the same as revenue. PollyMap does not claim ROCS always beats ROAS.

Illustrative planning tool only. Results depend on your fees, treatment patterns, patient retention, expenses and attribution assumptions. This is not a guarantee of revenue, profit, patient acquisition or return.
Fees vary by clinic — enter your own numbers. Shots count as weekly visits (52 per year); drops as monthly supplies (12 per year). The consult, skin test and shot/drop start visit are one-time year-one fees, collected in the month a patient starts. Years 2–5 include only follow-ups and ongoing shots or drops. Compared with the Local Authority plan ($499/month).
Plans run month to month, so you can start with one reporting rhythm and grow from there.
What This Looks Like in a Real Clinic
Carefree Allergy associates approximately 5–7 new patients per month with its local pollen-reporting program.
This is one clinic’s internal experience — PollyMap’s own — not an industry benchmark. Attribution is approximate, and individual results will vary.

Market Leader includes a default two-mile straight-line Protected Clinic Zone around the approved clinic address.
Market Leader partners ordinarily receive a protected two-mile clinic zone around their approved location. Final coverage may vary based on population, geography, market size, clinic density and local reporting needs. Protection remains conditional on active payment, consistent collection and compliance with PollyMap reporting standards. It does not grant ownership of a city, guarantee search rankings or prevent necessary research and noncompeting collection coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is PollyMap a forecasting service?
No. Forecasting services estimate pollen levels from models and weather data. PollyMap partners collect real air samples at their own locations, and those samples are reviewed and published as local reports. Many clinics find forecasts and collected local data useful together.
Who can become a Collection Partner?
Allergy clinics and other qualified allergy-care practices can check territory availability and subscribe directly. Public certification is limited to partners who complete collections and have an approved report published.
Is this just a directory listing?
No. The program centers on active local collection and reporting. Public placement is tied to an active account, current payment and published reports — not a paid directory-only listing.
How long does collection take?
Typically 24–48 hours at the approved collection location. The kit is then returned to PollyMap for analysis.
Do we need scientific staff?
No. The clinic follows the provided collection instructions. PollyMap handles the analysis and reporting workflow.
How often should we collect?
It depends on the selected plan, the season and your local program. Plans range from monthly reporting to weekly reporting during the active season.
What if pollen is low?
Low pollen is still useful local information. Reports may also include mold or other airborne findings when observed and appropriate.
Can we use the content on our own website?
Yes, subject to program terms and the capabilities of the clinic's website. Partners receive guidance for using widgets and report content on their own pages.
Will this guarantee search rankings or new patients?
No. PollyMap supplies local reporting, content and public visibility tools, but outcomes vary. We do not promise rankings, traffic or patient volume.
Are we locked into a contract?
Plans are month to month and may be canceled according to program terms. There is no long-term commitment.
Is support included?
All plans include 24/7 access to email support, with a target response time within one business day.
When does the clinic become publicly certified?
Checkout starts your plan and kit rotation right away. Certified public placement begins once your first collection is accepted and published.
Can more than one location participate?
Yes. Pricing, qualification and reporting apply per approved location.

Six Ways to Share Every Report
Every approved report arrives with a factual weekly graphic plus five genuinely different content ideas — each with its own caption, image and title.

Here is what was actually in the air near our clinic this week — collected by hand and reviewed in the PollyKit Lab. Tap through for the full local report.
Sneezing more on breezy afternoons?
Late-summer weeds like ragweed often peak on dry, windy afternoons. Some people notice itchy eyes or a runny nose during these weeks. If seasonal symptoms are affecting your day, a conversation with an allergy provider can help you understand your options.
The weeds nobody notices until fall
Goldenrod and ragweed bloom quietly along roads and fields every late summer. Our latest local collection shows how much of this pollen is actually reaching your neighborhood right now.
It's not 'just a cold' — it's your local pollen
Weeks of congestion that seem to arrive at the same time every year often track local pollen patterns. Our report this week shows what was in the air — if this sounds like you, an allergy evaluation can help.
How our weekly pollen report is made
Every report starts with a small kit hanging outside the clinic for 24–48 hours. The sample travels to the PollyKit Lab, where it is reviewed and turned into the local report your patients read.
Proud to help our community breathe easier
We collect local air samples every week so families in our area can see what's actually in the air — not a regional guess. Stop by the clinic or check this week's report anytime.
