PollyMap is intended for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You may browse public reports, city and state guides, and the Public Library to learn about local pollen, mold, and airborne particles.

You may share links to public pages and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial educational purposes, provided you include clear attribution to PollyMap and a link back to the source page.

Images and data in the PollyMap Public Library are for educational use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission from PollyMap.

This means other companies, organizations, and individuals may not use Public Library specimen photos, microscopy images, identification data, morphology descriptions, or related metadata for profit, commercial products, marketing, training datasets, or any company use without explicit written permission from PollyMap.

All content on PollyMap — including but not limited to reports, microscopy images, specimen library entries, logos, branding, and written materials — is owned by Carefree Allergy, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this site grants a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any PollyMap content except as expressly permitted above.

You agree not to:

• Use PollyMap content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically collect images or data from the site.
• Use PollyMap data to train machine-learning models without written permission.
• Remove watermarks, attribution, or copyright notices from any image or report.
• Misrepresent PollyMap data as your own or as independently verified research.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the site's operation.

PollyMap reports and library entries are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice. Samples are hand-collected and identified by trained human analysts with AI assistance and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
