Lindsey Forstie, FNP, Founder
I've treated thousands of allergy patients in Arizona, and national forecasts never told me what they were actually breathing. So we started collecting real local samples, verified in the PollyKit Lab, and publishing them under our clinic's name. Patients finally got answers — and they found us. Now any allergy clinic can do the same.

— Lindsey Forstie, FNP, Founder

At Carefree Allergy, we associate about 5–7 new patients per month with our local reporting.

FAQ

Questions Clinics Ask First

Is the Starter Pack really free?
Yes. We send your clinic a complimentary PollyKit Starter Pack so you can experience the collection process for yourself. Your branded report and a 30-minute report review with our team are free too.
Do I have to become a PollyMap Partner afterward?
No. In your free 30-minute review we walk through your results and show you the partner dashboard. If ongoing local reporting looks right for your clinic, we'll explain the plans — the decision is entirely yours.
How long should the PollyKit stay outside?
Approximately 24 to 48 hours while it collects airborne particles from your local environment.
Where should we place the PollyKit?
Outside near your clinic, in open air away from obstructions. Your Starter Pack includes simple placement instructions, and no electricity or special equipment is needed.
How do we return the sample?
Follow the return instructions included in your Starter Pack and send the sample back to PollyMap using the provided return materials.
What happens after PollyMap receives it?
PollyMap reviews the collected particles under the microscope and identifies pollen, mold, and other relevant airborne findings observed in your sample.
Will our clinic receive a report from the Starter Pack?
Yes. Your findings are organized into a custom-branded local pollen and mold PDF report. You also receive a branded social media image and an opportunity to collaborate with PollyMap on a social post for added exposure.
What social media asset is included with the free Starter Pack?
You receive a custom-branded pollen report image for your own channels, plus an opportunity to collaborate with PollyMap on a social post for added exposure. A dedicated clinic listing and additional recurring content are only included with the optional paid Certified Partner program.
Does PollyMap report pollen and mold?
Yes. Reports cover pollen and mold particles observed in the collected sample, along with other relevant airborne findings. This is local observational reporting, not comprehensive environmental testing or medical diagnosis.
What is the paid PollyMap Partner Network?
It is the optional paid program for clinics that want recurring local collections, ongoing reports and content, a PollyMap Partner Dashboard, and a dedicated Official PollyMap Collection Partner listing. The free Starter Pack does not include a clinic listing.
What happens if we want to continue after the Starter Pack?
Just let us know. We'll review your area and walk through what continuing as an Official PollyMap Collection Partner would look like for your clinic.
