Renewed Health is my primary care practice located in NE Portland. I have a special interest in Holistic Dermatology and have found a comprehensive natural approach to skin conditions to be highly effective. This holistic approach views the skin as a manifestation of overall health and importance is placed on addressing the causes of skin conditions rather than simply suppressing the symptoms. Through gentle treatments with minimal side-effects, overall health as well as skin health are optimized and prevention of further illness is emphasized.

About Renewed Health

Having had atopic dermatitis (eczema) my entire life I have come to understand the relationship between physical health and mental, emotional, and spiritual health. After witnessing how naturopathic medicine and massage therapy continue to improve my life I am inspired to share this with others. Since 2005, I have made holistic dermatology a focus of my practice and have helped many patients with challenging skin conditions such as acne, dermatitis (eczema), rosacea, urticaria and psoriasis heal their skin. I focus on the whole person and use a variety of treatments. In addition to holistic dermatology, I work with a wide range of concerns, such as digestion, colds/flus, hormones, perimenopause, PCOS, menopause, hypothyroidism, high blood pressure, headaches, migraines, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and allergies.

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor and massage therapist and have been in practice since 2005. I received my Bachelors of Science degree from The Evergreen State College in 2001 and then my naturopathic doctor degree from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon in 2005. NUNM, is a nationally accredited 4-year graduate institution and pioneer in alternative therapies and research.
